Deerhurst Resort

If you go in the winter, stay in the Pavilion, otherwise you need to walk a distance or wait on shuttles. There should be more dining options available for lunch.

The resort is in a beautiful spot and I think in the right season, it would be great… But be careful when going not in their busy season they really cut back the staff and the cleanliness of the resort

My partner gifted me a weekend getaway to DeerHurst for Christmas after my in-laws visited to attend the Dallas Smith concert. While they stayed in one of the separate lodges, we had the pavilion experience which was inclusive of breakfast and winter activities. We both had phenomenal experiences and will without a doubt be returning! Everything from the service, the food, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the atmosphere was a 11/10! Check in, check out, experiences hub, food vouchers, etc was all so seamless and worry free. The location is a perfect mix of secluded but close to everything in town. Endless great things to say about this place! Can't wait to return.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay I stayed at Deerhurst Resort with my two children and it was a nightmare. • The rooms were extremely unsanitary. The first room reeked of urine and vomit, with dirt behind the beds, and my child is allergic to pet odors. I reported this multiple times. • After hours at the front desk, they offered a second room, which I refused because it smelled of dog feces. The third room still had a strong urine odor. • My child became ill and I had to call an ambulance twice. • I lost a full day of skiing, even though I had paid for it, because staff made me change rooms mid-day and refused to refund my tickets. Two days of our vacation were ruined. Families deserve a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.

Excellent time at Deerhurst Resort! Bonus was to learnt that the activity equipment was included for guests so no additional rental fees!

Honestly, it was not very good!! Very overpriced!

I know the resort is old, but I thought for the money it could do with freshening up. The hours on the restaurants and coffee shop really bad.
