The carpet was covered with grass from another guest the floors were sticky and the hot tub didn't work

Room was clean. We had to request at the desk for cleaning because nothing was done the first two days of our stay. The hallways and stairwells were not clean and the door at the ground level was always blocked so it wouldn’t lock. The breakfast was lacking waffle mix on some days. There was no jam for toast or waffles. Tub was very slick and a fall hazard when showering.

Very nice hotel for the a reasonable price. Staff was great, especially Tasha. Buffet was usual hotel breakfast offerings, but they did not run out of anything, especially coffee. Room was, nice, large and had a fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. AC responded quickly No complaints.

i didn't like that the hotel had long term guest staying there. we had roaches in our room,they had to switch our room.the pool was dirty and i felt unsafe coming in at night and people were hanging out on the lot.plus the beds were very uncomfortable.i will not stay there again.

Carpet all over the Hotel was stained, had to swap rooms due to damaged door.

Slight odor when first entered room. Carpet in hall dirty. When we called to ask for batteries for remote, not very very happy.

The hallways had an unpleasant smell and stained on carpet

Ready dirty dusting smelling blankets dirty and I find a live cockroach in the sink

Stained pillows and walls. Non working mini fridge in unit.
