Mercure Resort Sanur

Great location on the quieter streets of Sanur surrounded by great restaurants & easy access to the beach front. Great walking paths that stretched up the entire beach front.

It's an old property with tired and run down rooms, not what I expect from secure the world over. rooms was dirty & sparse, bed was worn down and the linen dirty. we had an infestation of some type of caterpillar. We had to change rooms during our stay.

I don’t have breakfast so didn’t use your breakfast facilities My room was in a great location Beds were comfortable Room was clean

I am actually happy with my stay There was a few problems with getting a room to start with but even though we had to wait till 7.30 pm for a room Bryan was able to fix the issue up

The bed for king was 2 double together instead of a real king bed and as a 4 star hotel they need to update and change their pillows and put more pillows on the bed

Good location. Restaurant has nice atmosphere and food

Close to beach

Meals get very boring if you stay for awhile and never hot.Always lukewarm warm.

Beach was lovely and the rear pool was nice.

The prices of the drinks where very high and fairly sure the drinks we short on alcohol

Our stay was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable, the staff were amazing and so friendly. We did have an issue with our friends room on the first day, however Brian from reception went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The hotel is located right on the beach abd there are 2 beautiful swimming pools with easy access.We will definitely stay here again.
