Room smelled like moldy, mildew. We switched to another room and it was better but bathroom needed updating.

Eagle Ridge is a friendly, clean place to enjoy a few days or a weeks vacation. Our room was lovely, the resturants were excellent with great food and friendly staff.

Parking stops need work. Damaged my car. Will be please once I get the notice of payment from the resort. Over all was a great place to stay.

"Poor value"

A disappointment for the price. The villa we stayed in hasn’t been remodeled since built, my guess would be the eighties. Rusty outdoor furniture and grill, indoor holes in the rug and old appliances.

"Nice resort but lacks a few ammenities"

Newly remodeled rooms but NO MICROWAVES! A cheap accessory that goes a long way! Pool was filthy -- close to questionable for entry. Steam was "still not working" even after a week of repairs. Sauna was small. Stonedrift Spa was fully booked on Sat for weddings and unwilling to take our requests for Sunday. Over all a bit disappointing. Another visit I would check out other hotels in the area. This is our 2nd time at Eagle Ridge and we thought they were maintaining the property better than we found it. Sad ....

"Good"

The staffs were very kind accommodating my request of changing a room to the lake view. The room has an awesome lask view, but an outdated sofa, the bathtub, the wallpaper, and not hot water which was fixed later.

"Anniversary weekend"

My hubby and I decided to go to Galena for the weekend for our 20th wedding anniversary. We've never been and this came highly recommended. The hotel and staff were excellent. The food was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall good experience. Will go back in warmer weather. The spa was amazing. The view out of our room was beautiful.
