Grand Park Royal Cozumel - All Inclusive

The Hotel site is really beautiful but the food and cooking are not good at all and the personnel is unfirendly.It is a pity as the site is amazing.

L'hotel ne nous a pas averti que la piscine etait en réparation , donc pas de piscine et bruit des marteaux piqueurs de 8h a 17h. La place pour les transats etait fermée également , donc tres peu de place a l'ombre. Nous n'avons pas pu trouver d'arrangement avec l'hotel pour un dédomagement. La nourriture du buffet est sèche et peu variée. La plage est petite.

Disappointing stay – Avoid if you want to relax! ​We stayed at this hotel for a week, and it was far from the relaxing holiday we booked well in advance. ​Room downgrade: We booked a King Size room with a sea view. Upon arrival, we were told only twin beds with a sea view were available. To get the King Size bed we paid for, we had to accept a cheaper park-view room—with absolutely no refund offered. ​Construction noise: The day after we arrived, the main pool closed for renovations. Work started every morning at 8:00 AM with jackhammers. The noise was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep in. ​Crowded facilities: With the main pool closed, the remaining pools were way too small for the number of guests, and there was barely any shade. ​Safety & Maintenance: The hotel feels outdated and seriously needs a renovation. Worse, one of the elevators malfunctioned and got stuck twice while we were there. ​Despite multiple complaints, the management refused to find a fair solution or offer compensation. We were never warned about the construction work beforehand. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a peaceful vacation.

Que se acabarán las vacaciones

The hotel is rundown. The food was horrible, barely warm at best. The daily selection was not good, mostly the same thing every day. Most of the servers were not very friendly, not all but most.. they didn’t make you feel very welcomed. Some of them had attitudes. We had to change rooms 2×1st time because I paid for Ocean view then the air-conditioning didn’t work in the second room had to be moved again. They took reservations, knowing the main pool would be under renovation without notice. My recommendation would be go somewhere else don’t waste your time or money here. You’ll be very disappointed, we were and we won’t return for sure. Any place else would be a better choice than this place even if it was a small motel would be better.. I give it a D minus at best.

Que hubo una persona ahogada y NO tienen un médico en el hotel ni alguien que sepa de primeros auxilios tardaron casi 1 hora en que atendieran bien entre los "staff " y la ambulancia

1) Arrived to our room, could not get in. Instead of moving us to a new room. They just told us put the card in move the handle down if that doesn't work move the handle up. The entire time it took use three tries to get the card reader and handle to work so we could get in the room. 2) Paid for a king bed. Got 2 full beds. Nice! Also had a problem with the A/c that had to be fixed. 3) Not once did we get a full set of towels. Would either get a hand towel or a wash cloth but never both. If we even got either!Could never get my coffee bar restocked in my room. 4) Beach is not great full of rocks must have water shoes. 5) Went out to dinner with my husband at the Mexican restaurant. Of course he had to wear a tank top which is not okay at dinner. That's fine! But they didn't tell us that until right before our dinner arrived. REALLY! If that's what you want tell us before we even get a table. 6) Food is not bad. Honestly have never went to an all inclusive that had amazing food. 7) Staff for the most part are nice and helpful. But really you could do better for the price!
