The Grand Park Royal Cozumel offers direct access to the Royal Village Shopping Centre, and guests receive special discounts when showing their wristband in shops. Reservation required (some restaurants). Service for guest over 12 years old (some restaurants). Dress code lunch: Sleeves shirt for men and dry clothes for all guests. Dress code dinner: Gentlemen: Long pants, sleeves shirt and close-toed shoes. Maximum occupancy in the room: 4 people. Maximum 5 reservations with the same guest name. Term and conditions apply, please check the policy section. Upon check-in, all our guests are required to present a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. An environment fee of 76.00 MXN per night per room is not included and will be requested by hotel at check in. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Children aged 0 -6 years can stay free of charge. Children aged 7 to 12 pay a fee. The food was good, and fresh fruit was provided at all times. The coffee shop was really convenient. The room was clean.

The staff is rude. I emailed Diego Burgos about my transportation, but I never received a reply. It's really unprofessional that I didn’t get any help or a reply back. The pools were disgusting, they weren't cleaned overnight. I was told they had an all-adult pool but there were kids in the pool and the staff didn't ask them to leave the pool.

The food was very poor and extremely disappointing - mostly cold. The pool was full of people drinking and was very noisy. We were moved rooms 3 times because of poorly functioning air conditioning units. And there was little chance of finding a nice spot on the 'beach'.

Servizi e pulizia ineccepibili.

La qualita' del cibo e' sufficiente. Avrei preferito avere la stanza nella struttura nuova da dove si puo' vedere il tramonto sul mare. Sono stata assegnata nella struttura vecchia e dalla mia camera non era possibile vedere pienamente il tramonto sul mare.

Yummy variety of food, improved seating areas next to the bar, Chac Mool and the the family pool. The pool, ocean and evening entertainment is quite engaging with a great location, awesome ocean front views and incredible weather. It's always a great visit to Cozumel and the Park Royal did a great job.
