The Grand Park Royal Cozumel offers direct access to the Royal Village Shopping Centre, and guests receive special discounts when showing their wristband in shops. Reservation required (some restaurants). Service for guest over 12 years old (some restaurants). Dress code lunch: Sleeves shirt for men and dry clothes for all guests. Dress code dinner: Gentlemen: Long pants, sleeves shirt and close-toed shoes. Maximum occupancy in the room: 4 people. Maximum 5 reservations with the same guest name. Term and conditions apply, please check the policy section. Upon check-in, all our guests are required to present a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. An environment fee of 76.00 MXN per night per room is not included and will be requested by hotel at check in. It was very clean & beds were very comfortable.

Food wasn’t all that great, specially the Italian restaurant needs to be a lot better, that wasn’t really Italian, & every restaurant we ate at food did not have to much taste. And was always cold.

La plage privée de l'hôtel était top!! Repas variés et très bon! Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée

La piscine, pas bien entretenue et transat sales. Ils n'étaient pas nettoyés régulièrement. La piscine du mini club des enfants ne fonctionnait pas☹️ Le personnel de la réception qui nous a fait payé un checking plus tôt afin de pouvoir profiter de l'hôtel.😑

Definitely my favorite resort to stay at. Any issues which I have (which are very few) are quickly resolved. Latest was leaving my traveling folder in my previous room during our stay. They located the folder in the room and returned it to me promptly after we had switched rooms

The place is nice but watch out for the sales people of the hotel. We were told they wanted to show us a better room and 3 1/2 hr later of trying to get away, we finally did. Would we go back NO. We felt bad for the people that had walking issues. The walk ways are very uneven, even for people without issues.

enjoyed the hotel, and most staff, Carlos of entertainment team was only sore spot. Close to shops and town. enjoyed the adult pool with views of cruise ships, .a la carte restaurants were great, , very rough walking surfaces. higher floors give you reat views of the island
