Wenn es am Strand mehr Palapas, also Schirme gäbe wäre es perfekt! Wenns nicht um 7h morgens schon seine Liegen reserviert, hat man den ganzen Tag keine Chance auf einen Platz am Strand im Schatten. Und mehr als 1 Stecker beim Bett wäre perfekt!

This resort is in serious need of an upgrade to their plumbing, fixtures and showers, and mattress replacement. You will more than likely experience cold food on all the buffets. Even eating in the appointed restaurants resulted in barely warm food. The best food we had was in the Bikini Bar. Staff is very friendly, but the language barrier was difficult to navigate. There are far better resorts on the island with better food and amenities, all for roughly the same price.

The staff were very helpful and courteous

Our room Air conditioner was not working the shower would clogged up every time you used it. this size of the property is run down. the adult pool has lame music compare to the family one.

Los eventos nocturnos falta mas organizacion , personal y variedad de tematicas ,,compren otra piñata, el gimnasio extremadamente viejo y los pocos aparatos que hay estàn dañados y oxidados. Faltan camastros porque nunca hay disponibles aun desde las 6am

L’emplacement est bien sauf un sérieux manque de chaise longues on doit se lever à 6 am pour avoir de bonnes places

Manque de chaise pour la capacité de l’hôtel et nouveau règlement car nous y allions régulièrement et Check out midi et on pouvait rester sur le site jusqu’à 15 h et maintenant on vous charge 30$ usd par personne pour rester à la plage et manger nous avons quitté finalement restaurant à la carte avec beaucoup attente en ligne ou paget et pas vraiment bon , buffet pas mauvais mais rien d’extraordinaire

The staff was exceptionally nice. The property was very clean. The views were beautiful. All pools and beach bars were great. But omelettes in the morning were just absolutely exceptionable. The Italian restaurant and the Mexican restaurant were great. They had a little entertainment every night. They post what shows are on what nights. And felt like we got a great value for the price. It was easy to get a taxi and get directions and reservations through guest services.

Just truthfully, the sidewalks on the property were terrible. We saw people fall while we were there including myself, but I blame that on myself because I broke two toes before I left, but we didn’t get to use the infinity pool due to rough pavement and no good handrails for handicap. I believe that if I could have gotten tennis shoes on instead of flip-flops, my foot wouldn’t have turned, but my toes were swollen and I couldn’t get my tennis shoes on. We also found a way around some of the pavement to get to and from our room and the main lobby. The food was a little repetitive. But I understand improvements are on the way. The landscaping was absolutely gorgeous.
