The Grand Park Royal Cozumel offers direct access to the Royal Village Shopping Centre, and guests receive special discounts when showing their wristband in shops. Reservation required (some restaurants). Service for guest over 12 years old (some restaurants). Dress code lunch: Sleeves shirt for men and dry clothes for all guests. Dress code dinner: Gentlemen: Long pants, sleeves shirt and close-toed shoes. Maximum occupancy in the room: 4 people. Maximum 5 reservations with the same guest name. Term and conditions apply, please check the policy section. Upon check-in, all our guests are required to present a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. An environment fee of 76.00 MXN per night per room is not included and will be requested by hotel at check in. We went for a short vacations trip and the funtastic team made super amazing experiences, we played volleyball a couple times, the prehispanic show was fire and the dance as well super fun, Carlos Alexis and Jesica were key part of all those activities were super super fun. The food at the main restaurant was delicious, the f&b manager Luis super present and taking care of our concerns, about the food in the Italian restaurant incredible fire and in the Mexican one too, the service team at both restaurants did an amazing job. I don’t remember all the names but Jesus, Erick, Zoe, Frida, Brisa, karime, bartender Gil, joyel, Carlos, Eliseo, the two ladies making the omelette in the morning super hard workers and always full or joy smiles even when the line was crazy. We are so glad for all the effort that they put in make out trip amazing we will be back for sure. We love y’all. Familia Levario God bless y’all.

The staff was amazing!

The bed and bedding were extremely uncomfortable. Definitely old and long overdue for a change. Moving around the facility was treatirous! The grounds are rocky and there are steps and steep slopes everywhere. It must be highly difficult for even mildly physically challenged guests. Nothing is conveniently located, guests must traverse long spans to get to anything. Even the lobby requires climbing a 2-story flight of stairs.

Alejandro/Alex was amazing so was the whole fantastic team. The bartending class was so much fun with Emmanuel. Alejandro did such a great job making all of the guests feel welcome. He even remembered our names(Bola) and encouraged us to participate in all the activities.
