The Grand Park Royal Cozumel offers direct access to the Royal Village Shopping Centre, and guests receive special discounts when showing their wristband in shops. Reservation required (some restaurants). Service for guest over 12 years old (some restaurants). Dress code lunch: Sleeves shirt for men and dry clothes for all guests. Dress code dinner: Gentlemen: Long pants, sleeves shirt and close-toed shoes. Maximum occupancy in the room: 4 people. Maximum 5 reservations with the same guest name. Term and conditions apply, please check the policy section. Upon check-in, all our guests are required to present a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. An environment fee of 76.00 MXN per night per room is not included and will be requested by hotel at check in. Great place (and large site), very clean, friendly staff, good food (buffet + restaurants). Rooms are very nice. Might be a bit expensive so shop for the best price at the best period. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the loud music / shows at the end of the evening between 21h00 and 23h00. Since it's close to the hotel room area, we can hear the music (and the bass) in the room, preventing people from sleeping (well in my case anyway, I'm an early bird.) The room is very comfy and they have WIFI everywhere... I mean everywhere, even on the beach ! Good experience in general.

Se mira hermosa la vista al mar y más cuando llegan los cruceros, el hotel está en una buena ubicación y tiene hermosas instalaciones, las chicas que limpian las recamaras son muy organizadas ,felicidades tienen unas chicas muy limpias ....

La Playa

Cuando llegamos a la 1:30 no nos dejaron entrar, como yo fui a este hotel antes muchos veses no sabia nuevos reglas, si llegas a las 2 debes que pagar extra per persona entrar al hotel. También deben que salir a las 12, o pagar 30$ extra per persona a quedar mas tiempo. Porque vamos solo para 1 noche no es conveniente por nosotros y no vamos regresar a este hotel mas.

This is a very pretty resort, comfortable, clean, well-maintained, well-located, pretty, with very courteous staff. However, the food was universally awful. In addition, we did not appreciate having to get up early just to claim a lounge chair.
