Elstead Hotel

Great stay , as always . Reception staff very friendly. Bedroom beautifully clean. Pool sparkling.

Brilliant. Large spacious light room. Close to beaches. Leafy vista. Lovely hotel with large comfort lounges. Teapot and coffee pot in the bedroom. Overall Recommended.

It was unbelievable.what was supposed to be a twin room for me it was a small double room. We had flies in the room and when asked to be sprayed it was done in a different room. The Iron in the room was not working (they managed to get us one which was working) . The care taker washed the cups from the bathroom and placed the cleaning stuff on the bed absolutely disguising . Break fast if you didn't have sausages and bacon, U were left with only scrambled eggs. For my case I don't eat pork so every day bread ,croissants and scrambled eggs hmmmm left me with no other choices. All in all terrible. Though good personalities with the workers

We liked that it was a traditional, old hotel. Yes it needs a bit of doing up but the facilitates were good, it was well located and alk the staff were polite and attentive to us and each other

It was very clean in the room.Well equicked.Gym,sauna, swimming very nice

Hotel needs updating No restaurant as advertised,breakfast was your normal toast and cereal but cooked breakfast was only scrambled eggs bacon and sausage no deviation at all so for food they sent me to a premier Inn pub which was further than the other eating places I found the second night the bar is only bottled beers

An excellent hotel for a comfortable break. My wife and I stayed here while visiting our granddaughter in Bournemouth. Owner and staff couldn't have been more welcoming,the included breakfast was a good English breakfast.Location is close to Bournemouth railway station and bus terminal, very handy for us coming from Norwich by public transport

We stayed for one night in April as part of a commute with a newborn. We found the staff very polite and helpful, our room was very clean and the swimming pool and sauna was an added extra! Cannot comment on food as we didn’t eat there..Would come back!

The hotel is in a great location, quite, very friendly staff. The pool is lovely. The room was extremely clean. Overall, a great stay, but the hotel has seen better days.
