Elstead Hotel

The property is too old and old bed cause back pain. Not a comfortable sleep. Although there is no air conditioning in the room and too hot in this summer. We got a small table fan and its make sick in the morning.

Very clean hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Room was worth every penny. Facilities in hotel leisure excellent. Close to sea front allowing great ealks along coast.

Staff very helpful but the rooms are in need of a upgrade more in keeping with the 21st century

Room had everything what we needed and clean. Room was next to the lift so was very noisy. Big gaps around door so you can see light from corridor. Beds very old looks not good. All hotel facilities very tired.

The staff was really friendly, helpful and accommodating our special requests. The Hotel requires some renovation.

Very nice hotel not far from the beach and Bournemouth transport hub. The rooms were very spacious and the area was quiet. Sadly I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. Would happily return!

Bit dated but nice quirky hotel with friendly helpful staff and a nice swimming pool and steam room and gym. Would stay again

Meant to have “Nordic SPA…. !” Sauna not operational, steam room is a disgrace, and cold pool… I am not sure what’s Nordic and what’s SPA there. On top, men showers and changing rooms are filthy, mould in showers looks settled for years… Breakfast… what breakfast…? Asked for fried eggs… answer was No… this is what we have… Sat on a table with my partner, then next table were told to move as they were 2 on a table for 4…! Rude manners when telling off guest…. All in all, the good thing is that we were there for one night. I would never recommend this place, no wonder we are abused by this kind of services and facilities in UK… Please go to similar range of hotels in Poland, Spain, Croatia,..etc. And you would appreciate the level of facilities and people who really appreciate your business.

Hotels was clean and tidy and suited my needs. I had to be up early in the mornings before the standard breakfast times but the staff were really helpful in allowing me to have an early starters breakfast. Rooms were a good size and its a bonus to have the gym and pool available too. Having a plenty of carpark spaces was a good as well. Happy to recommend this location.
