Lovely clean and friendly hotel with welcoming helpful staff right on the front at Fistral Bay / Beach .The room was spacious and pleasant and the bed was comfortable .The seaview made it special waking up to that daily .Really enjoyed our stay .Breakfast was very tasty and with wide choices .

Location is great Reception area in need of a good clean Random people from the on street campsite coming in using the facilities washing in the hotel toilets without being questioned by front desk staff The pool facilities are the worst I’ve ever seen the main pool is freezing cold cloudy dirty water and the jacuzzi is lemon 🍋 like it’s been used as a child’s potty If you was expecting a pool like the website describes you will be in for a shock

This is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Cornwall. Beautiful views over the whole of Fistral. The only downside for me, was a lot of bratty kids, very loud. However I know this isn’t the hotels fault or anyone’s fault for that matter. So if I came again I would go to their sister hotel, which is adult only, next door. The staff were just above and beyond with absolutely everything. My nan unfortunately had a fall at the beach in the sea, and local taxis wouldn’t take us back to the hotel because we were wet and sandy. We called the hotel and they got a car to us in less than 5 minutes. They got us a drink when we arrived back at the hotel. And provided us with extra towels and just kept reassuring us to contact them if we needed anything. The food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing. I had the eggs royale, which was one of the nicest I’ve ever had. And my nan said the buffet was perfect. And the croissants were divine! The views from the breakfast room were spectacular over the whole of the beach. We couldn’t have had nicer staff. Everyone was always happy to chat to you, ask you what you were doing. They kept our bags for us after we’d checked out, and wanted to go to the beach for a bit before heading back. Called numerous taxis for us. Really just amazing. Will definitely be back again. Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Friendly staff who were all so helpful. Plenty to do for children. Delicious breakfast. What a wonderful stay we had. We will be back.

Beautiful location, friendly staff who are trying their best to help, the room was clean, and the food was nice. Things that need improvement: the lift is very small, jerky and making sounds that made us feel that it might has got stuck every time we used it, so we avoided it despite the fact that we had a 70+ years old person who does struggle with stairs. This is the only hotel we came across with in the last few years which doesn't have USB outlets and air conditioners. In a way it was our fault for bringing just the leads with us. Luckily, the receptionist was able to find a plug with USB, which we could borrow. The main discomfort was the absence of the air conditioner. The weather was quite hot, so we could really feel it. We did open the window, but not too wide as it was not very straight, so I was worried it will break if I try to open it any wider. Our room looked at the back, so there wasn't much breeze coming in. It did not help that when we tried to use the shower for the first time, only boiling hot water was running no matter what we did. It turned the whole room into a sauna until a security guy got it sorted. It was already evening, and he happened to be around the reception, and was very helpful. Overall, I think it's a very good hotel in a stunning location, and nice staff. If you use it in a cool weather, have your USB charger with a plug, and not too worried about the lifts, you will have a wonderful time. We just seem to be a bit unlucky this time.

We booked this hotel to extend our holiday to Cornwall. We arrived on Friday 15th August for 1 night. This hotel was amazing the views over fistral beach are incredible. Hotel was spotless rooms were great, we booked for a family off 3 plenty of space, bathrooms immaculate. Breakfast was a buffet style or you can order specific items, we had the buffet and it did not disappoint. We will definitely return to this hotel next year. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

This hotel was very close to the beach , check in was smooth and breakfast was great.
