"would not stay here again and would not recommend."

the breakfast was good. the selection was very good

We had a difficult drive and was happy to hear that restaurant would be open when we got back to hotel after a wake. Appeared that air conditioner wasn't working. We sat down and a menu when brought over but server disappeared. we waited over 10 minutes and no one appeared to take our order. We had to go out to find a restaurant which we didn't want to do.

"Would have been a 10 rating if notified pool and spa were closed and elevator worked."

Nice size rooms and parking was good.

Pool and spa closed for repairs the entire stay. Elevator kept breaking down.

Location, comfortable bed, decent breakfast but not always warm enough.

weeds in front. ice machine on second floor when my room was on 1st floor. ice machine did provide adequate supply of ice. broken elevator car. broken HVAC. in dining area. entire Hotel is tired and needs a complete refresh.
