The property was very clean and well presented. The location was perfect with a very scenic walk towards Keswick. Staff communicated perfectly about parking and provided any extras for the room. The upgraded room was unbelievable, the apartment room was very cost, spacious and relaxing.

Location was excellent.

It is looking tired and could probably do with an overhaul in certain areas, but our apartment was very clean and adequate for what we needed.

Location was ok but thought it might be closer to the derwent water....staff were brilliant and helpful

The room we stayed in ( 215 ) we both thought that the tv in the room was way too small for the size of the room and not many channels to choose from so we used our tablets to watch Netflix and prime........also the extractor fan in the bathroom was very loud and of putting. .

Cheap and cheerful, rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff exceptional.

Breakfast was quite pricey for what it was, and charging for car parking
