I would have liked a walk in shower instead of a bathtub.

Wonderful stay from start to finish! The check-in experience set the tone—Stephen was absolutely fantastic. He went out of his way to get us an early check-in, which made a huge difference after traveling. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The fitness center was well appointed, and we enjoyed having a fridge and safe in our room. The location couldn’t be better—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall good stay. Staff are really friendly, especially Amanda and Jesse. Rooms are generally comfortable and quiet. While I will say the pillows aren't very good (too soft) and the A/C is crazy, I'd stay here again.

Fantastic experience. We brought a large group of students to and the staff were very accommodating to our group needs. Checking in with Kabir was fast, courteous, and efficient.

I was most pleased with the kindness of Kabir to track down an item that I had left behind. He represents the hotel so well!

The Hilton Dallas/ Park Cities was comfortable for my business travel. Kabir at the front desk checked me it and later printed a last minute document I needed. I appreciate this "extra." I will definitely consider staying here again for another trip to the area!
