"Funky but old"

Funky hotel, but very dated. The area is right in the middle of things, and I would stay again if I come back.

"Generally fab!"

Check in was easy, and the staff very friendly. Room was clean, although serious dust on the sash windows. Night porter was friendly when I needed in at 2am too. The mattress was very firm, but the room was a great temperature.

"Disappointing but okay for a crash pad"

Requested rooms with baths due to health problems both via hotels.com and a direct email to the hotel, only one guest was given a hotel, and neither guest had hot water during their stay - Due to the briefness of the stay we did not have the time to discuss with the staff - Beds were very hard and not particularly comfortable and there was an awful lot of noise from outside, have emailed the hotel to ask for compensation, but for the price and location I wouldn’t be totally against staying with them again

"Really worth a stay."
