Great location and good parking. Breakfast was very good.

It was very warm when we stayed and there is no air conditioning, because it is an old and characterful property.

Location of hotel excellent. A short walk to the town. Hotel had an old worldly charm

Lovely garden terrace and dining space and excellent procimity to everything in town. The bed was really comfortable.

The room overlooked the garden and was sufficient for our needs. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. Breakfast staff were lovely and so helpful.

Windows had thoef locks which stopped them from opening fully and allowing cool air to circulate at night, so room was a bit stuffy. HOwever fans were supplied but could still have done with more air flow. Also really fancied a contrieu on ice one evening and barman refused as he did not know how to crush the ice.

Staff were super attentive and friendly and bearing in mind we went in the heatwave provided the rooms with 2 fans to help cool us down . So kind! Breakfast is an amazing buffet constantly being topped up. For dinner the superfood rainbow salad was just so good! The garden and dining areas are wonderful .

Some areas are begging to look a little tired, and some areas of the carpet were a little frayed. But overall a wonderful place 🤩

Personalet hjalp oss med å bytte rom. De er vennlige og hjelpsomme. Rommet vi til slutt fikk, var helt nydelig!

Det var svært varmt og vi trengte å åpne vinduet mer. Det var ikke mulig å åpne det tilstrekkelig dessverre.

The gardens and bar area were very good. Staff were polite and helpful.

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The outside temperature was 30C during our stay and the bedrooms were even warmer, despite the fans which were provided. They only circulated the already hot air!
