The receipt I received at checkout did not match what I was charged on my credit card. Our room had ants and gnats and we had trouble with our room key and could not enter our room on our last night. This was definitely below the value we expected from Country Inn & Suites.

The hotel itself was fine. Its in an area that can get a little congested traffic wise. Our room was actually really nice. Theres an elevator which after hiking 7-8 miles a day is great. But the room and hotel in general are clean and well kept. My only complaint is that the mattress was awful. I dont know if all the rooms have the same mattresses or not. But ours was very uncomfortable. Other than that, no complaints.

First room was dusty and missing fridge. Dirty floor. Got 2nd room and there were pubic hairs in sink. Walked out. Disgusting. Notified expedia rightaway that rooms were not usable. Will not give refund. Never using expedia again.
