Location, price and staff were all great.

Hotel is old, and worn. Our room had worn, stained carpet and the bedding was old and fraying. Bathroom was barely useable. Refrigerator smelled bad. We only stayed one night and the beds were comfortable so we did get a good rest.

Outdated and not clean. The furnishings were worn and old. The sheet did not fit the bed. There was dust and dirt under bathroom vanity, plus dead bugs which indicated that there had been no cleaning done. Dog pee on the baseboards. Hair clippings in the tub/shower. Cloudy water spots on the facets. Carpet was old, smelly, and very dirty. There was no microwave in room. The room smelled horrible! A person can almost accept the outdated and worn furnishings if the room were CLEAN! We were there to celebrate our 10th year wedding anniversary. Chose this hotel cause they said it was a 4 star hotel, and they accepted pets for a fee of $75. In my opinion, it was not a 1 star. I was very disappointed! With the name Wyndham being associated with this hotel, whose company is considered to have a reputation of at least a 4 to 5 star rating, it was not good! I paid $398 + $75 fee for a 2 day stay, which I consider a rip off for what we had experienced. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They need to close the hotel and remodel the whole building before charging anyone this amount of money. Motel 8 is a better choice than The Seville Plaza. Also like to suggest hiring better cleaning persons, and better management to make sure the best job of cleaning is being done. With all the illnesses and diseases present in our society, this part cannot be half done. The breakfast consisted of toast, bagels, orange and apple juice, coffee, yogurt. I know times are difficult, but when people spend a significant amount of money, they are looking for an experience. This was not the kind of experience that anyone would be happy with. This hotel was a total let down. I had more pictures but the app only let 4 be shown. This review is written with total honesty. I did not complain to the hotel management cause I know people are struggling with their businesses, so I decided to just write a review instead and hopefully they will at least try and do a better job at cleaning.

Biohazard from Hell. Mold, mildew, and just disgusting. The smells were awful. The elevator should be condemned. The food offerings were total trash.

The location is really good - close to everything.

The price per night was really high. The breakfast can be better. We saw a coacroach on the bathroom mirror. Stayed there multiple times, this is the first time. Price for pet is $75 - too high.

Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place to others. Place was well managed and clean. Room was better than I expected.

Zentrale Lage, man kommt gut zu Fuß zum Plaza - Downtown ist zu weit entfernt. Hier hält aber direkt eine Straßenbahn vor der Tür (diese ist bei uns nur leider noch nicht gefahren) was den Transport easy macht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Das Frühstück überschaubar, aber es gab etwas.

Das Bad war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und jede Spülung der Nachbarzimmer hat man bei uns gehört. Für die Steckdose mussten wir den Nachtisch etwas vorziehen, dahinter war es komplett dreckig (Essensresten, Flaschendeckel etc.). Leider war unser Zimmer genau gegenüber der Eismaschine, was die ganz Nacht laut war.
