There was a pleasant atmosphere

Recommended hotel, easy to park, club room great, everyone from receptionist staff to cleaners and house ordorly were friendly and helpful. The food was good. The pillows were hard- I will take my own in future. The room was a little cold even and did not work even though heater set to 30 degrees comfort it never came on.

Staff were so helpful and friendly.. and appreciated the birthday drinks voucher which was left in the room.. thank you.. very handy for a visit to the Black Country Museum

Room was quite warm but we could open the window so wasn’t really a problem

Location handy for what we needed. Parking is good. Free at weekends..

Breakfast is a buffet. Hot food items a little overcooked and Luke warm

Have stayed here many times. Lovely hotel & the breakfast particularly is great. I enjoy using the sauna & swimming pool, but unfortunately on this occasion the sauna was out of action.

Brilliant setting for business meetings, the vworks space is amazing and the room comfort and cleanliness is enjoyable. I wouldn't eat there again, the food is okish, some of it terrible, yet the lack of proper table service for the money is a bug-bear. Summary - will stay again but will eat all meals out, thankfully there's a premier inn round the corner so will sort breakfast through them.
