Hampton Inn Chelsea, Mi

Weather was great but the hot tub wasn’t working that’s why I chose to stay there and room key kept not working …. Staff was great continental breafast was great

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. Would recommend.

Room was fine and beds were fine. Hotel is older but things seemed clean. Noisy hallway during the night.

Thin walks. Could hear conversations in next room. No light fixtures only a lamp. Dark and dirty rooms with broken tv. Would not recommend.

Dingy and Stained! Lobby and elevator smelled like motor oil. Carpets were disgusting! Would have left except U of M had big events going on and it was as close as we could get to Ann Arbor. Locks didn't read access cards had to try multiple times just to get into the room. Breakfast not bad - best I can say for this awful hotel. Charge big rate for weekend - worst place we've stayed in in years!

Room was clean, facility needs some upkeep.

The hotel could really use some updates like new carpet, bedding and a complete demo/re-do in the bathroom. It's just very old. But, it was fine for what we needed that night.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Refrigerator was loud. Air conditioner didn't work well. Opening in ceiling where vent cover should be. Mold around jacuzzi tub.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. But the whole place definitely needs a refresh!
