Royal Kona Resort

L’emplacement de l’hôtel à Kona est idéal. De plus, la personne qui distribuait les serviettes à la piscine (celle qui parlait français) était particulièrement gentille et très accueillante.

Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié : lors de la réservation, le tarif annoncé correspondait à un bâtiment rénové, mais à notre arrivée, celui-ci s’est révélé vétuste. Malgré ma remarque, la réceptionniste n’a pas été compréhensive et m’a simplement indiqué, après avoir consulté son supérieur, que je devais contacter Booking pour toute réclamation. Aucun geste commercial! De plus, il y avait trop de nuisances la nuit : notre chambre était située face à un parking, avec de la musique, des klaxons et beaucoup de bruit.

全体的に設備が古くシャワーの水圧も低い

We actually were given a room at first with just a slight view and overlooking a loud fan. We asked if we could change and another friendly woman gave us another room on the opposite side with a better view. It was very nice!

Resort and rooms are outdated, but otherwise location is excellent. No fan in the bathroom.

The location of hotel is very good to do things around there. However, the bathroom inside of the hotel is very small, it was very inconvenient.

Beautiful property and location. Staff was extremely helpful.

Great location, within walking distance to downtown Kona. Clean room.
