Sheraton Grand Sacramento

The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way.

Upon checking in I was first surprised by the construction in the entrance and lobby area. I waited at least 10 minutes to be greeted by the front desk clerk around 12am in the morning. She was having difficulty finding reservations for some unscheduled flight attendants. Since I was scheduled and had reserved space on the sign in sheet, I asked for the sign in sheet. She rudely told me I had to wait. It would have been so simple to had me the sign in sheet. As as person from the east coast I was exhausted after 11 hours of flying and 3:15 clock on my body. A little courtesy and definitely not rudeness.

Very comfortable room, nice & clean. Perfect location, only a 10min walk from the concert venue.

No biggie, but some construction going on, a little bit of navigating where to check in, but again, not a big deal

Under construction no bar or restaurant open. Not noted when booked the room

The bed was comfortable and clean, the pillows were huge and soft and I loved the water station

Was not aware there would be construction going on-I was woken up every morning with loud noises hours before my alarm was to go off as a result; I went to the lounge and the restaurant both and sat for 10-15 minutes with no soul in site to offer help or food, in either spot, it was just not pleasant.

Loved the downtown location. Close to the Capitol and Old Sac.

I wish I had known they were remodeling. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay. Staff on all levels were excellent--very professional and friendly.
