The beds were super comfortable! The staff were very helpful with every accommodation in needed!

Would have liked to have had a microwave in the room.

Generally not very clean but a quiet, somewhat cozy room

Cheap with no bed bugs are the only positives. No house keeping, you have to find someone to get more towels and toilet paper. Room smelled like mildew and had a layer of dust over everything. Sheets and towels had existing stains.

Was here from thursday to monday with 4 people. Toilet broke friday. Told office. They didnt come "fix it" till sunday. Then sunday the toilet now leaks all over the floor. So our towels were soaked. Was told we would get a discount for our issue. Went to check out and guess what. No discount. Wont be back. Not very clean. Bedding stained and pillows are rocks.

Not updated, cobwebs, smells funny, inside fridge not cleaned, expensive for that reason, but customer service is great.

My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 5 pm yet it said I could check in after 3. I needed to leave a day early for a family emergency and was told sorry we cannot refund the second night even though it was an emergency

First of all, I never leave poor reviews, but for this place I'll make an exception. I'll try to make this short but informative. I booked the hotel on Sunday. My sister, niece, and I were just looking for an inexpensive hotel close to Columbus before Sonic Temple where we were staying elsewhere for the festival. After driving for 5 hours we arrived around midnight and were ready to crash. The check-in process took around half an hour and the clerk had to make a multiple calls to someone for some reason. Finally he took us to our room. With the lights off it didn't look too bad but once we brought our things in and turned them on we gasped. There were multiple stains on the beds, it was dusty and musky, had a weird smell, and didn't really look like it was cleaned at all. There were a bunch of people outside watching us as well. It just didn't seem safe. If it were myself I might have just grinned and bared it but with my family, no way. We then packed our things up and told the clerk we couldn't stay there. He said he would process a full refund and i should receive it in 24-48 hours. Only reason I gave service a 2 is because he seemed to try and he said it was his second day. You would have thought with a big weekend they would have been on their A game but they extremely dropped the ball. After calling around for sometime we eventually found another hotel an hour away... would highly not recommend!
