Excellent.

My family of seven, including two parents, two grandparents, an 18 year old, 20 year old and 12 year old had a fantastic vacation. The kids enjoyed the water park, even the two older ones, we went on a slightly rainy day and it was empty, they practically had the whole place to themselves. The pizza stand by the pool had surprisingly good wood fired pizzas and the food stand on the beach serves delicious tacos, although the pastor tacos, where they roast the pineapple and pork right on the beach daily was a family favorite. Another kid favorite was the outdoor kids area, pool tables, ping pong, baseball and a small basketball court, playing basketball with Brian and Fernando at the kids club was one of our older best memories of the trip. Our favorite meals included the shrimp linguine at Azzurri the Italian Restaurant, the Bordelaise Beef Steak at Moustache the French Restaurant (this was our #1) and pretty much anything at the Coastal Grill. The only slight negatives were the rooms. The beds were very comfortable but we reserved two queen beds with a sleeper sofa for our boys and were told that room type does not exist. We were given a room instead with two full beds and no sofa. It was a little tight, but not a huge deal. Also the rooms are a little musty being on the oceanfront but we asked for a humidifier which they brought right to our room and that did the trick! All in all we will definitely return to this resort.

Although the property had changed names to Dreams Hyatt, the experience was unbelievable. The attention to detail and the service at the VIP section was stellar. My family and I will definitely be coming back!

The changes has made the experience terrible. Specially for people like me that was a regular for Hilton. The food has changed for the worst. The quality has gone down. I vacationed here with my family for 6 consecutive years, but will definitely NOT go back.

Good property, attention to guest services has come down, we have been here four years in a row, this year, the food was horrible, Japanese Hibachi was good, chef Henry was really good entertaining the table.

This property is great. I stayed on the family side with my 16 year old daughter. The amenities are top notch. The staff especially Ronaldo (bellman) and Beinvenido (main buffet) were amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. 5 stars!

The facilities are really great, beautiful and in manicured condition. The beach is gorgeous as well. However the food service needs to improve. It is not in accordance with a 5 star hotel, neither on quality or service. Peruvian and italian restaurants were disappointing, and you would expect a long time waiting for your food no matter which restaurant you are.
