Service was not good. Room was dirty when we did check in , ac doesn't work properly . Alcohol not good. Price for trip expensive .

We enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness of the property, most of the dinning experiences were great, with the Spice Market" being very impressive for a buffet. The "exclusive" Grill Restaurant for VIP guests we disappointing. However many of the other restaurants were great. For the most part the staff was very friendly, we will go back.

Out of 5 days we were staying at the resort, we had problems on all 5. We encountered a broken AC; water leak (formed a large puddle on a floor and got my stuff wet); on days 3-5 we had ant infestation that began with hundreds of ants crawling around. The staff fumigated the room twice per my request, which reduced the number of ants (although did not eliminate them), but also caused a persistent annoying smell that forced us to stay out of the room as much as we could for 2 days. About half of the high-chairs in the buffet was broken (missing the central strap, so the kid could easily slip out and fall). I was extremely disappointed by the quality of my stay, and the management didn't do much besides "we are sorry you were not satisfied"

"Beautiful grounds, poor service, mediocre food"

Beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, amazing location. The accompanying butler service that comes with enclave family suite counts for 1 star by itself. However, the service was mostly dismal. 9 out of the 10 service staff we interacted with just weren't motivated. Hard to get beverages at the buffet, no one stops by to check in. Service was slow and a couple of occasions, order were forgotten. The food was lacklustre. Most were underseasoned, while some were oversalted. There are not enough restaurant options available for families. 5 of the hotel's 11 restaurants are available for family only, while 6 are exlusively adult only. Many of the adults come over to family to eat but not vice versa. Peak dinner time waits sometimes were over an hour. And a dinner can take up to 1.5 hours even though the restaurant is not full (goes back to slow service). Kids club was a joke. A few very old and broken toys. Activities schedule were often mismatched from what was published online. Probably not going back again.
