Location, but will consider other properties in the area.

One elevator was closed, pool was closed, had to "giggle" the handle on the toilet, bar sink had no pressure, both windows fogged, couldn't connect TV to NetFlix, wifi was spotty

It was in a good location to the highway. The staff was very kind when an issue with the fridge came up.

You cant adjust the temperature in the fridge, it wasnt cold enough to keep my medication in. (The manager came up with a solution). There isn't enough handicap parking and there is no ice on the 1st floor.
