SpringHill Suites by Marriott Richmond North/Glen Allen

Room was clean, thought toilet appeared to be leaking and shower door did not close properly. And air conditioning unit had been left off, so room was too warm and muggy when I arrived. I still rate the hotel as good since I considered these minor conveniences that did not interrupt my stay.

Staff were friendly.

room was dirty.

Three different rooms.. I just accepted the 3rd room offered because I was beyond exhausted. ...refrigerator broken. Smelled like urine, dirty couch and carpets.. stains everywhere.

The room was a bit smaller for a Spring Hill suites but still comfortable and clean, very quiet. The pool was not clean and there was a ceiling leak in the dining room that had not been repaired yet. May have been recent, the leak was still dripping. Staff was friendly and helpful

The staff was great. It was clean and very comfortable.

One day, staff did not come for breakfast, but the front desk jumped right in to provide something so that the guest could eat....Great teamwork 👏

Hello This Derrick Moselely And I Stayed In Hotel SpringHill Suites by Marriott Richmond North/Glen Allen Location On August 29th To August 31st Because Of My Wedding In That Area. The Only Issue I Had Was That I Stayed In Room 327 And The Pull Out Mattress From Under The Couch Had Like Alot Of Pee Stains On It And Blood Stains And It Smelled. So Me , My Wife And 2 Kids Had To Sleep In One Bed And Was Not Comfotable At All With Us In It. I Addressed It To The Lady At The Front Deal Of The Issue Of What Was Wrong And Also The Top Part Of The AC/ Heat Cover Came Off But Everything Else Was Okay.

Dead roach on floor. TV not working. Room smelled terribly and musty. No hair dryer.

It was a convenient stay for me
