Super 8 by Wyndham Ridgecrest

Overall dirty- including the office, exterior and rooms (especially the carpet). Paint peeling form walls in the rooms. Several families "living" in rooms on the property. Lots of in-and-out traffic to a couple of the rooms throughout the day and night.

The first room had a filthy carpet and smelled like a imal urine. The second room I was brought to had a broken security latch. The third room which the clerk called a remodeled suite was a patched up handicapped accessible room with filthy carpets again with a urine odor. These rooms should not have been booked. They are uniihabitable. I'm too exhausted to book another hotel. ..

VERY OLD FASHION, LIKE A GRANDMA HOUSE

The room had terrible patches. It looked like someone had punched walls. Some were fixed and some were not. We were only allowed one small pillow per person. They were smaller than an airplane pillow. We reserved for the business room upgrade and I don't think that was it. We tried to check out and no one there. Sign said open at 8am but it wasn't until 9am someone was there. How are you able to check out early? We also didn't get a receipt even though we asked.

I liked that it was clean 9n the outside. What i did not loke was the sounds coming from different rooms and the feeling me and my family was being spied on. The room was trashed holes in the wall, and in the past two weeks Ive booked there 3 times because it was the only option i had left and i left spoons behind the desk and a couple of my kids toys by accident and they were stil there the third time we stayed there. For some reason the place was empty but all three times we were put in that same room. The last two times staying there houskeeping would complain about my kids being too loud but it was only when they where cleaning the two rooms on each side of me. They left the same sheets from the last time i stayed in that room. I ALSO FOUND 2 MINI spy cams inside the tv hints why i was hearing noises and people talking throughout the rooms. before that i checked my area and no one was staying on the side of us 1 2 and 3 doors down on either side and there was vacancy at the bottom of us and 1 and 2 doors down on both sides it was horrible.

We arrived at 8 pm and the room ACs were not turned on-the rooms were really hot as the outside temperature was over 90 that day and it was cooler to be outside than to be in the room. There were no mattress protectors on the bed. The soap was open and used in one room and completely missing in the next room. The site says breakfast available. The office was not even open at 7 am when we left. Would not recommend nor would we stay here again.

Room was in middle of remodel and workmanship was amateurish at best. Coffee maker might be OK in a frat house Had the feel of a low class motel. Only reason I booked the room was the Wyndham name -if my wife was with me I would have walked away after viewing the room and written off the payment.
