Super 8 by Wyndham Ridgecrest

A very motel style place. Not as it appears in the photos, so if you are expecting that, expect to be disappointed. It wasn't all bad - there were solid locks on the door and the A/C unit worked. however: - the bedding consisted of a single sheet under the synthetic cover. No duvet, no blanket. - the carpets were old and a bit stained - the A/C unit is under the window, so it blows the curtains open (as in many hotels) causes light from outside to constantly vary. Open outdoor hallway beside that window means people can see in. - Staff were nice.

The room was clean. But the carpet is 10 years past worn out - we were afraid to walk on it in bare feet. When we left at 8:00 am we had to wake the manager for a receipt.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. A picture never tells the entire story and you get what you pay for ($70.00). The carpet was stained with blacks spots and paint. The bath tub was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was only 1 blanket in the closet for two beds. I wouldn't even use the ice maker. I went to McDonalds to get a Coke so I could get ice. I was afraid I would bring home bed bugs, because I was up through out the night wiping my face. I felt like bugs were crawling on me. The staff were not very friendly and professional looking.

Overall not a good experience. Our room smelled, used towels were found in the tub, carpet was dirty. Etc.

I didn't like anything about the hotel the floors were absolutely disgusting the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room and in the middle of the night the cops were called for a noise disturbance which was very annoying I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...

It was lacking cleanliness. Couldn’t take a shower because the tub had a bunch of hairs and lots of build up. The carpet was in good condition but had many stains.

Good for price

The check in was fine no problem getting there. But........,,,I’m so happy I always bring Clorox wipes and Lysol spray can with me. The room was out very dirty and disgusting but it was for only one night, so we decided to stay since it was late already. There were what looked like cut pubes on the bathroom floor, pee stains around the toilet and the tub just looked dirty and rusty. We did not take a shower just washed up with the wash clothes (little bird bath in the sink). The cleaning services were not doing their job at all. It is affordable but not clean at all.

We just spent the night. The chair in the room had tears and the ac was quite noisy. Overall the room was clean and the desk clerk was very friendly.
