Super 8 by Wyndham Ridgecrest

Dirty room , not maintained , Poor Wi-Fi , tv don’t work , carpets not clean and in some places wet , the rest room need a plumper

We were very disappointed with the hotel. It was dirty, stains on the carpet, the sink leaked onto the carpet, the shower leaked. The bathroom was crumbling from water damage. The bed was okay, but the pillows were like tissue paper and there was only a very thin blanket which wasn't even big nough for both of us. The screen was ripped. There was no tissue. The very small towels were stained. We will not be staying at a Wyndam, ever again and told all our family and friends in Ridgecrest about our terrible accomodations.

I always enjoy staying at Super 8 hotels. But this Super 8 hotel in Ridgecrest put the Super 8 hotel chain to shame. The 1st room given to us was room 120. The moment I walked in, I could see there were long white dog hair all over the comforter. I immediately went back to the office to request another room. It was confirmed the previous person who had stayed in the room had a white dog. It was obvious the comforter was not changed out and the room was not cleaned. How disgusting!! I was given another room upstair and was assured no pets has stayed there. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it was obvious there had been smoking in the room. I tried to open the window to get some fresh air in, but the window would not stay up. I would have needed something to hold the window from falling down. Do not stay at this hotel. You're better driving 1 mile up and pay a little more for a more decent hotel.

I didn’t get the room I booked and payed more for a room I didn’t have. There were holes all over the walls, water temperature was not consistent and I also didn’t get any room service.

No breakfast is served. Also the room door condition is not good.

The staff is super nice and friendly and help us find a lower level room, he did above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Our room was nice and clean and we slept comfortably, i have one disabled and a one year old. Thank you again!!!

The room was dirty, the bed cover, walls and bathroom was disgusting. There was nothing on the bed but a thin sheet and a thin cover, no blankets. The service was also horrid. Getting someone to answer the phone was problematic.

The carpet was terribly warn and dirty. Toilet wouldn't stop running. It was not a good reflection on the Super 8 name. Very disappointing.

Had a very nice room. When I go back to Ridgecrest that is where I stay.

There was a motion light in the room, so when you moved in the middle of the night, the light came on. The shower water pressure was so strong it came out in inconsistent streams that hurt. It’s an older property, but was ok. You get what you pay for don’t expect anything comforting/relaxing.
