The room price does not include the meal, or parking, you have to pay for parking and whatever meal you had.

Location is grest. That is the best. Next to Metro Lobby, places to chat,, decorations are nice. We really apprevlciated to be able to check in early in the very cold weather, after a long trip. Price is quite good.

In our room we hsd no driers for clothes. Closet tiny. Room is dark, no lights at the foyer at the mirror, vefu fark. so.it was very difficult to get ready for a big fancy gala. One sink with no counter for any personal hygenic kits and cosmetics, brushes etc. One tiny soap for 2 people. No glasses for brushing teeth etc. Curtains were totally torn and fitlhy Cleaning crew came in even if ee did not ask for it. Changed towels but did not bring new coffee tea and condiments. We asked for water in the evening after 2 days not getting them, mobody wascst the frint desk, we had to remind and call again after 40.min.

We booked a room for someone with significant mobility issues with confidence that a Marriott managed hotel would deliver on reasonable expectations for a handicap equipped room. - The room came with a roll in shower and yet there was almost no room to operate a wheelchair outside of the bathroom. - There were 2 handicap rails around the toilet. However, the chair in the room had no arms. Obviously the rails complied with a regulatory requirement, the decor obviously didn't take this need into account. Arms on a chair serve the same purpose as handrails. - The top of the bed was higher than normal. This may be impressive for most guests, but it represents a considerable hurdle for someone who is handicapped. She could not move unassisted - which is the whole point of a handicap room. - There was no accounting for visual impairment. The room phone and TV remote were both standard issue. Shouldn't the phone be braille capable? Overall, the staff was pleasant and helpful, but by no means is the room adequately equipped to deliver on the "handicap" requirement.
