The staff was very friendly

The door was hard to open to the room. The bathroom was too small and the shower had mold at the bottom of it in the corner

Great location, with access to restaurants in downtown Montgomery. The room had comfortable beds.

The shower sprayed water in different directions, making a puddle of water on the bathroom floor.

On the website it said breakfast was15 each. So I was going to pay for 4 breakfasts as I had 3 adult children with me. I asked the restaurant lady how much and she said 20. I asked about 15 and she said that was only if I paid for it online😵‍💫🤦. I definitely did not read that anywhere. I paid 1000 dollars for 1 night for 3 double beds and I had 1 dog with me. That's a lot of freaking money for small beds, outdated rooms smelly ac vents and no free coffee in lobby or pool.

Convenient to downtown

Nasty, dirty, things falling apart, sewage smelling, very dark and dim underground parking.

I did not like the old torn chair Who want to sit on a torn chair!

This hotel is not worthy of carrying the Hilton flag. My first impression was opening the door to my room and the window drapery was literally torn to shreds. The hotel staff simply said they are sure housekeeping knows about it…. But what about me. I was on a tight schedule and didn’t have time to change hotels. It is not a well kept property all around. I cannot recommend anyone staying there.
