Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Albuquerque - North Balloon Fiesta Park by IHG

The main reason I booked this certain hotel was the hot tub and pool which they had neither. When I went check in they were in the process of remodeling it was so congested with dust and the smell of paint and dust. They put me in a room right next to the people remodeling my room was full of dust. They did eventually move me.

The hotel coukd use somw TLC especially with the rates. Definitely doesnt seem like a Holiday Inn

Excellent location, great food... Would like to thank Juan, Roger and the entire staff !!!

Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi were closed...not a big problem.

The location and them room temperature

The bathroom was not cleaned so great. Pinkish residue was in the shower and around the bathroom walls. I used a towel to clean it up.

We reserved on the 21st of October but when we arrived at the hotel on the 28th of October, my name was not in the reservation. We had to go check other Holidays. My name was not there either. After calling Books.com then our reservation was validated.
