It could use some maintenance work. But not bad overall.

The rugs were wavy. It was hard for my mother to walk. She was 82 years old.

The roof didn’t cave in. We weren’t robbed. We didn’t get food poisoning as almost none of the food options were open and available. Didn’t catch any fungal infection from the pool that hasn’t been updated since 1989. No baby Seagulls were harmed as they owned the pool rooftop and built nests into the benches. We didn’t get into a fight with the so polite front desk team as they told us blatantly that they gave no care about our issues as they just work at the job they hate!! The level of no care given was at an all time high! Nothing bit us in the bed that I slept in which I found glass in while sleeping. The rusted and busted up lamp was a nice touch! Oh I didn’t get burglarized after leaving the room for hrs and coming back and realizing the door doesn’t shut completely unless I put all my weight on it. The housekeepers are really on there job as I lost an earring and went to move the bed to see if it fell behind instead I found dust rabbits and Victoria Secret underwear neither of which belonged to us. Well they did move us from the 1st room and gave us another. Which was just as clean as the 1st.. the $50 credit given was a nice touch especially since we were told we could use it to eat in the hotel at any of their many CLOSED locations luckily on the morning of our departure we were finally able to use it at Johnny Rockets u can’t get any better than that!!! It was really exciting when the Bell Service lady chased me down to let me know she works for tips and I should tip although she did nothing. The manager seemed really genuine when she said that she only works there and encouraged us to complain to corporate.

I didn’t like anything about the property!
