"Good place to stay"

I like the check in process it was really fast we arrived after midnight and the staff was really nice and helpful they made sure we felt comfortable with our room . They saturday kitchen crew, breakfast was basic but clean and good .

We had issues with the room that was given to us at first, then the second one and the 3rd but the staff switch us rooms until we feel comfortable and the next day maintenance was there to fix the issue with the 3rd room the one that we ended up staying at . I didn't like kitchen sunday staff because we noticed a hair in the food notified the cooker and they didn't changed the food they just dump more food on the top of it .

The staff put us in a single room to start so they had that wrong then when we got our double room it’s smelled like it had been wet and never dried out well. Hair on the bed and pillows were terrible! I would never stay here again.

The pool was dirty and water smelled like feces. Property is runned down, towels were not changed daily. When asked for clean towels I got a dirty look from staff

"Missed opportunity "

Our check in was bumpy because of computer issues and the desk attendant didn’t seem well versed in how to troubleshoot. We were given the ADA adapted room, which we didn’t need, and for a tall person it was rather inconvenient. These rooms should be left available so those who need them are able to- and we didn’t pick that option in the app. The room was only furnished for a single person and still had stuff in the fridge. Both of us were at check-in, so that was a mess up in her part as well. Our experience at check in prevented us from reaching out and asking for a new room. Rather disappointing because I suspect it could’ve been avoided. Thank you for having the charge station for our EV!
