Rodos Palace Hotel

not five stars by a long way, overcrowded, staff all look miserable, rundown areas. fur coat and no underwear, overrun with very very rude Israelis, definitely not for british, charged extra for everything they can think of. Second time I've been in two years and never again, gives Rhodes a bad name.

The hotel couldn't handle the amount of guests poor service and old rooms

Our stay at Rodos Palace , was very pleasant, very friendly atmosphere from all the staff! We definitely coming back at recommend the hotel to our friends!!!!

Very large luxury hotel that is more of a resort hotel, Las Vegas style, with several pools, nightly entertainment and lavish buffets for breakfast and dinner included.

Amazing staff. They checked if we were fine and happy. They even left a note in the room to check if we were happy. The spa was also great. I love the food. Great!

Waiting for the rooms to arrive after 14:00 The dining level is not good Disappointment Breakfast Every day The same thing is not varied to choose according to the propaganda films I personally did not see the variety of foods that appear in their video advertising The pool is small and there is not enough places for the guests who want to sit by the pool and they do not enough sun beds The staff is patient and polite

The staff were lovely and very helpful to all our questions. Our room was fantastic and clean, if a little bit outdated. Heads up that the hair dryer in our room wasn't great for drying my long hair, but it might be better for others. There was a great variety of food and the pools were great, though quite chilly when we stayed! The different services available were great, we used the spa and the guest relations for organising the fantastic tours we went on during our stay. The hotel isn't too far from rodos town either and we got on the bus there, plus there are lots of options for food outside of the hotel if you don't fancy eating in. I would highly recommend this hotel, and thank you to all the staff for your care and attention during our stay, you all made Rhodes a place to come and visit again!

The bar staff were very attentive and very happy and chatty, welcoming conversation but not intrusive. The reception seemed keen to direct you to using your phone in your room to contact relevant departments rather than call and assist you. The room information states 'bar stocked' but remained empty throughout the stay despite asking three times and in a 5star hotel I find it a very big ask of guests to be charged for tea and coffee in the rooms?! Plus the room was always left unsecure by cleaning staff and the plugs in both the sink and bath were broken and were never fixed. We were also ripped off by the hotel by arranging a taxi - we assumed the hotel was the safest option but having spoken with other guests and the local taxi providers this hotel in particular charges for making a call... fair enough but 10 euros on top of the taxi charge!?

2nd Stay in this month, we enjoyed our stay more than the first time!! we travel for business and the best part of this hotel was the lounge at the 16th floor were you can work and enjoy the perfect view of the Aegean sea!!! a very smart concept!! we will return for sure next year!
