InTown Suites Extended Stay Colorado Springs

I've never seen a front desk closed so much. Open only from 11am to 7pm, closed Sunday. Not convenient for a front des and customer service. No shop for sundries, only a vending machine. Location is off the beaten path. This hotel has no character, just long hallways with rooms. Also for a full service kitchen, there is not one pot or pan to cook with. No plates, no utensils, so is how is one to cook. I do not recommend this property.

Good location for visiting local attractions, retail outlets---spacious room and facilities all good, price was very competitive for area.

L'emplacement est idéal - le personnel est à l'écoute (présent de 11am à 07pm) - l'appartement est correcte - emplacement de stationnement pour la voiture suffisant (on a pu garer devant notre chambre) - En général nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Bien comprendre qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une chambre d' hôtel mais d'un appartement équipé mais uniquement des appareils (donc pas de vaisselles, ni casseroles - ni brosse pour wc, on en a acheté une :-) - il y a également un lavoir au 2eme étage (top pour laver son linge + séchage) - Nous n'avons pas été déranger par du bruit provenant des autres appartements. carte d'accès à l'hôtel et à la chambre fonctionnait bien. Pas de mauvaise odeur dans notre chambre ou dans les couloirs.

l'appartement n'est pas de première fraicheur mais pour le prix je comprends. Une porte des armoires cuisine ne voulait pas se fermer. L'intérieur du frigo se remplissait d'eau (peut-être dû à la chaleur en été) , il fallait chaque jour le sécher. Sinon rien d'autre à signaler.

The property is very dated. However the beds were clean and comfortable. For a long stay facility there was a refrigerator and two burners to cook on. There was no coffee pot, pans, or dishes to use. Anytime I have stayed and a similar place they had at least a pan, a skillet, and a few plates and utensils to cook and eat with. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I booked a suite for 7 days through hotels.com. when I arrived they did not have a Handicap accessible room available. I use a walker & can not walk up the stairs. I had to cancel my reservation. Then they ran my credit card anyway, calling it a no-show! Although the lady at the front desk we nice and sympathetic, I am still trying to get a refund since they were unable to accommodate me & my walker.

Great Stay – Spacious Room with Kitchen! I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice and spacious, and I loved that it came with a kitchen, full-size refrigerator, and microwave — very convenient! The price was reasonable too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I will definitely stay here again when needing an overnight stay in CO Springs. Front desk lady at check in was wonderful and my overall stay was everything i needed. Great for the price!!
