Took money they were not supposed to Chelsea was extremely Rude, unprofessional, and not at all to the least trying to help the situation, refuse to contact her general manager. WILLL ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE CEO OF THIS CORPORATION.

Clean room but terrible smell throughout the hotel & in room, couldnt place it- toxic smell. Front desk & laundry facilities were excellent. Area around the hotel felt VERY unsafe due to the patronage. Nice that there was a trail right behind the hotel.

Good location (access to trails, parks, shopping and freeway). Property very run down (3 out of 4 ingress doors out of order; elevators suspect). Low weekly rate attracts some interesting folk and it appears that there are “car campers” and even some abandoned cars. Too many units for one maintenance person to keep up with as well. Real attitude at front desk when I was locked out of room due to dead door sensor. Expedia didn’t share that reservation was non-refundable (third party booking), so I couldn’t cancel or shorten stay without financial harm.

I loved the scenery behind the hotel and the river, the view of the mountains was great! Loved how it had a little kitchen and the set up was nice
