Great location and a very good price with polite staff, hotel needs a overhall and a but of updating

No food nor bar. Had to go to the Carlton. No entertainment either

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great breakfast and very clean Had a blocked sink that was sorted out as I was leaving and the indoor pool was closed which was disappointing as we only booked it for the indoor pool as weather showed rain.

very clean. over the road from the beach and so could see the sea - so peaceful. however, the pool was shut and i chose this hotel partly because it advertised a pool so this was very disappointing.

The sea view very nice. The room was clean The breakfast was fine.

This was one of the best holidays I ever had, and the hotel experience made it so much better. They first upgraded us to a sea-view room from a standard room. Then whenever we needed something, it was available. The facilities at the next door in Charlton is amazing as well. I generally don’t provide a review after a stay, but they actually went above and beyond to make us happy, which is very rare here in the UK. Adding to the amazing service is the cost, which I felt is very reasonable as well

We went to Bournmouth for a night away to celebrate my fiancés 50th birthday, when we arrived the building looked tired and in need of a paint job, parking is plentiful, nice small reception area and staff helpful, the rooms are a good size, my parents room had doors that opened onto a Juliette balcony but there is a lot of wear and tear in the room, furniture very dated, our room was slightly better, bed very comfy, shower very slow, nice big tv and good selection of hot drinks in room, I have stayed in worst places, The sad thing is the pool as it clearly hasn’t been used for sometime and looks a mess, the whole area could do with a revamp, lovely views of the sea, but the breakfast is one of the best we have had, really hot and tasty and plenty of it, lovely pastries, all staff very polite and helpful, I would Return but the place needs a refurb.

L’endroit est vraiment beau mais l’extérieur a besoin de rénovation… la chambre etait bien et nous avons du aller souper à extérieur il y avait un groupe.. mais il y avait plusieurs options

Reception was really friendly and gave us all theinformationwe needed, check in was quick,lovely room ,quite ,bed was so comfortable, hotel was central to boscombe and bournmouth, will definitely recommend!
