It is in the centre of the city. Walking distance with Medan Railway station. The breakfast was good too.

La limpieza. Las paredes estaban manchadas con sangres y otras manchas de origen desconocido. El baño estaba sucio: la tapa del váter y el asiento tenían grasa marrón. La puerta estaba sucia y rota. El teléfono de la ducha con cal marrón. El techo del baño y la habitación lleno de humedades. El sillón y el taburete también sucios. Las sábanas estaban sucias y mal lavadas.

Stayed for a 3-day, 2-night business trip and had a great experience. The staff were warm, professional, and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable — perfect for both work and rest. Wi-Fi was strong, breakfast was tasty and authentic, and the location is strategic for business needs. Definitely recommend Grand Inna Medan for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience with genuine hospitality.

Old hotel, very old. Rooms are old, a little higher price can get a better room. Location is very good but noisy.
