The Estes Park Resort

Jennifer the assistant manager took extremely good care of me. The suite I stayed in exceeded my expectations for sure. The views are obviously amazing. The hotel itself very clean and the restaurant is absolutely a must when you stay. Also anyone at the front desk was very professional and willing to help in anyway. I will only stay here if I’m in the area again, which after my experience I most definitely will.

I had a delightful stay from arrival to departure. I was pleasantly greeted by a wonderful young lady named Stormy. My room was beautiful with a spectacular view of the lake. I was so happily surprised to have an Elk walk by my window. Wow! Quiet slumber. The breakfast menu in Ember was fabulous and coffee delicious! Server was Jim who shared local stories. Erica (manager) was kind and checked on me at the table. General Manger Karen was so nice! Her leadership shows in the amazing property and team. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a long weekend, girls’ trip. The restaurant in the hotel had great food and drinks. We really enjoyed the spa also. The rooms were comfortable. All the staff was friendly and attentive—service was great! We would definitely stay here again.

3rd floor room Lakeview very nice! Beautiful view! Balcony not private, but nice meeting others from out of town. Nice amenities. Here for a wedding. Staff very friendly.

We loved our room design & decor, the view of the lake and mountains as well as the amazing restaurant onsite. Great place to stay and so close to rocky mountain national park.

Absolutely beautiful view and convenient location. Front desk staff was very friendly. They had a pack and play ready for us which was very helpful! For the price, unfortunately the room was average. Our shower curtain was stained, blinds were dusty, room was not as clean as we would have liked. Dim room lighting and extremely loud in the mornings and at night. We could hear everything. Our family woke up multiple times hearing doors slamming, etc.

The Estes park resort was an amazing resort. From the moment we pulled in seeing the beautiful lake Estes in front to the staff that greeted us. The Embers restaurant has an amazing view, staff, and the best food in town. For some it may be pricey but our needs exceeded ALL expectations. Town is easy walk along the stream with Elk all over the place. We had a balcony room which had the view of the lake. You also have options here of cabins. We would definitely return here

Good experience

The room was very cozy while still being very spacious for our stay! The staff was also very nice. Love the styling of the rooms as well, very modern but still rustic, perfect for the location. I do wish it had a full length mirror and a fan in the bathroom since it did hold a lot of moisture after taking showers

Overall a great stay. Nice to have an (empty) mini-fridge in room to store things. Lighting was good in bedroom area and in bathroom. Fireplace in room was a nice add. I stayed in a more "subterranean" room however that had windows that looked out to the ground, which was fine, just unusual.
