"Not what we expected for the $."

The Estes Park Resort needs some TLC, especially with anything involving wood. The balconies have no privacy. The wood railing and deck flooring are in poor condition. Our sliding glass door’s rollers were not functioning meaning it took great effort to open the door and then it would come off the track. Breakfast was greasy and salty and seemed to be leftovers. The best things about this resort were the views, the nice walking and bike path around the lake and the staff. The cost ($600 a night) and the quality did not match at all. We would recommend looking around for other locations with a beautiful view.

Had the best girls weekend with my mom and mother in law! We loved the cozy feel of the resort and the location was amazing! Spent the weekend hiking at RMNP!

The room we were given this time had paper thin walls and our AC didn't work very well. I could hear EVERYTHING. Doors slamming, conversations, the ice machine. Last time we stayed here we really enjoyed it- sad we didn't have a second positive experience.

"Wonderful Lakeside Resort"

Outstanding view, wonderful restaurant, newly renovated rooms and close to town. Highly recommend for families or any age group. We had dinner at Hunters Chop House one evening which is walking distance and superb. Nearby stables for horseback riding. Wonderful family vacation.

"Disappointing"

Over priced. Wheelchair accessible room was too small to get a wheelchair around very easily. No hand towel holder. Room was obviously converted for a wheelchair but did not raise the balcony to accommodate, no doorstep to keep the door open to get the wheelchair thru. Restaurant way over priced and not much to chose from.
