The Estes Park Resort

So we stayed in a king room for 5 nights. Super clean and even had a fireplace. Nice view of the lake. Had a laundry facility in the building which helped bringing less dirty clothes home. We really enjoyed our stay here. Saw so many elk by this area too. So close to the town less than 5 mins drive. We lived the lake and path. The staff are all friendly. We had Karen check us in great service and so informative on the hotel. The area is well kept too. Max also helped us at the desk he has great customer service so pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was really helpful. Def old stay here again.

Room said lake view but was a partial lake view! Only disappointment

Love, Love, Loved our experience at this resort, top notch loved that they had real coffee cups, glass wine glasses, yoga mat, decor was wonderful, beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, the fireplace in our room looked so real, the grounds were awesome, loved the location and walking trail right out the door by the most scenic lake and mountaintops ~ close in proximity to RMNP entrance ~ food was excellent and our waiter was the best as well as all staff were so pleasant ~ loved the game boards, fireplaces and seating areas ~ we couldn't be happier!

I went there for a friend’s getaway weekend; we really liked. The view was beautiful, room was clean and comfortable, help desk was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel.

Will never return To expensive Only value to the property is the view We spent four nights there We had AAA make our reservations a few months ahead of time. The AAA could only book the ADA room. We took it. When we arrived we noticed our room was right at the entrance between the front desk and the dining area. I checked with the front desk and they said they would change rooms for us. We never heard from them. It was a very noisy room especially at night and later. The communication between the front desk staff was terrible. During our stay we went out to visit the area. When we returned the door to our room was unlocked. Even the house keeper noticed the door was unlocked. We immediately contacted the front desk about the door to our room being unlocked. The agent contacted the manager. Someone could have taken everything. Unfortunately we never heard from the manager. With all the problems we had it seemed like they just blow us off Sad
