great hotel in historic area. lots to do within walking distance. staff was fantastic and always had someone available who spoke good english.

Very convenient hotel in the center of Colonial Lima. Not luxurious but has everything you need for a comfortable stay with helpful, friendly staff.

great hotel price/value to visit the city center. choose a superior room to get on a quiet high floor and a huge bed. i'll be back.

The hotel is older but clean, friendly, and conveniently located to Central Lima. Excellent service from helpful staff. Inexpensive but a good value for a few night stay.

It wasn't as close to the airport as the ad said, and not in a very good part of town

The staff made this motel acceptable. Other then that, the rest wasn’t much. You must try their breakfast. Simple breakfast, but so darn good. That and I loved the coffee with the warm mild 😍. I would give the staff a solid 10 out of 10. WiFi kept going out, water turned cold mid shower, tv kept freezing.

First they never disclosed that it would cost us to call locally. We never got the local # to dial out but we got charged. When I spoke to the front desk the gentleman printed out the call attempts and how much it would be. I asked him to pls call from the front desk bc the calls never completed from our room. He too could not get the call to go thru. He advised us this # didn’t exist but Thayer would still get charged ever tho the # didn’t exist and the calls never really dialed out. I asked for a supervisor-no one was available. And he took the paper that he printed out and refused to give it back until I started calling Expedia’s 800#. Terrible service! Plus there were no heaters and it was amazingly cold at night.

Upon arriving, paid the balance ($54) in USD. They charge in Dollars, but have no Dollars as change. They provided me change in Soles, but only at a 2:1 rate, when the actual rate is 3.4:1. Bought a water and a soda from the bar downstairs and they tried to overcharge me. Room was cold but did not have a heater. Uncomfortable sleep. Shower had no hot water at 4:30am. Left it running for 10 minutes with constant checks, but it never got hot. I left without showering. I would never stay here again due to the combination of all these things.

Little bit chilly inside the hotel. I had to buy another sweater. No heater in the room. Breakfast was good!
