"Great Lima base of operations"

Located in historic El Centro, walking distance to many sites of interest. English speaking staff, with high standards for customer service. Hotel Continental is a decent value, especially with its free breakfast. I wouldn't consider staying elsewhere, while visiting Lima.

"Central to Lima"

The only problems was that they never had heaters even to rent and I also needed an iron and they could not supply. The staff were friendly

"Perfect location and price is right"

Clean rooms, private baths, great price, free buffet breakfast and a PERFECT location in Old Lima, just one block off Jirón de la Unión, a people watcher's paradise, a two minute walk to Plaza Sant Martin and less then five to Plaza Mayor. I will stay here again!

"Excellent location"

We stayed one night for a layover. The breakfast was better than I expected with eggs, fresh juices and fruits. The best thing is its location – right at the heart of the Plaza de Armas. We enjoyed walking around and eating with the locals. The souvenirs are also cheaper in this part of town compared to Miraflores. Wish we had more time to explore the local sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped arrange the airport/hotel/airport transfer for an extra fee. The only thing I didn’t like was the room looked and smelled dated. Other than that, it was worth the money!

"Exceptional"

It was good stay for the three nights in Lima Central, June 2018. Great location, polite and very helpful staff, especially Antonio. Great breakfasts and nice rooms. Some noise at nights because of the hotel location in the downtown (the hotel located in a walking distance to the most major attractions of Lima - great benefit for the tourists). I would recommend this hotel to my friends
