"Stay in Keene"

Nice room comfortable room, with nice Italian restaurant attached to it. very friendly staff.

The need to park way back behind the hotel in a parking garage with homeless people in it. Couldn’t get in the front door upon arrival, and it’s out of view of the front desk. Walked around building awhile and finally found the buzzer to get assistance getting in. Guess there’s been a problem with the door.

Loved our stay from the seamless staff checkin to the large, quiet room, to the ease of the parking lot to a great breakfast. Who could ask for more. Keene is a sweet area to window shop & find great dining & cocktail experiences.

Unfortunately, Non Smoking King Suite had a funky odor to the room and by far the must uncomfortable bed pillows I've ever experienced. Our 2 night stay was not Great.

So NOISY!! Woken up repeatedly from 1) people on the floor above walking around; 2) very loud cars / motorcycles on the street; 3) worst of all- the in room air units were ridiculously loud. REALLY LOUD. Also, each of the 3 floors were oddly laid out in terms of stairs - like a maze. Elevator was really slow!!! Not a good stay at all.

"Booked a premium loft suite, received a basement dungeon dump."

I booked a premium king loft room for our stay (and paid extra for it). Upon arrival, they said they were overbooked and moved us to another "suite"... in the basement. The room was dark, dingy and smelled like mold, and all the blinds were closed to keep people from the street from seeing directly down into the room. After being moved to a queen room, they claimed they would provide a prorated refund for the difference in price. The refund was never provided - I've called 3+ times and they simply won't acknowledge it. And the breakfast buffet smelled like cigarettes. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
