Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa

The rooms are really small and really old and there are 3 rooms of dogs barking around us at all hours, even past 10 pm. Not sure where their owners anre. and when brought up to the front desk, they told us that we can pay to be upgraded or we can be downgraded to a crappier room where “the walls are paper thin” the guy said at the front desk lol. And we didn’t book a pet friendly room. Not impressed.

Unique old world spa resort, love to go there at least once a year.

Kim, at reception, was truly helpful in making sure our concerns were met. We are elderly and needed a room that was was easily negotiable. We are really thankful for her care. The pools were great, the hotel clean and quiet.

The room turned out to be cool… could have used an extra blanket, otherwise it was great.

Pools and locations.

The room is not as same as I booked online.There’s a little kind of window near the ceiling. The photo of the room that I have booked showing me there’re two regular windows.

The access to the hotsprings is easy and convenient.

The hotel was bit outdated.

房间设施有点陈旧，房间位置不好找，我们带婴儿去的，酒店提供的婴儿床不好用

They need to understand that it’s deplorable to ask people to pay anything more than 95 dollars to rest their heads in this place. There was two spiders found in my room and one inside my bed, when asked to have help remove it and bring new sheets. I was brought two sheets and no duvet cover or comforter. I went down to the lobby to ask for another and was given two comforters. I had to settle with sleeping directly on one comforter and a duvet that isn’t covered
