Clean and decor well apointed

When I arrived they didn't have my reservation. The staff were very helpful and I was able to get the issue resolved quickly. The room was mostly clean. The mattress on the pull out bed was well worn and stained and we had to ask for sheets and blankets. I was not a fan of the sliding glass door on the bathroom because it did not close well. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway and close to many amenities such as shopping and food.

I was pleased with everything at the hotel.

Nice little hotel for the price.

This property is comparable to other chain hotels in the area, for a very reasonable price. It has recently been remodeled, so is fresh, while a little quirky. The complimentary breakfast was hot and tasty with a good selection of eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereals, muffins, toast, waffles, juice, and coffee. The I-90/Peach St. location is very convenient to everything in Erie. There are several nearby restaurants and shopping areas.

I booked a king room with a jetted tub for my anniversary. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a standard room. We were told that “this is the room that’s booked and you will not be getting upgraded. This is an Expedia problem not our problem”

I did not like that you have to control the temperature in Your room by inserting your key card. It was difficult to get the temperature right in the room

Arrived at 8 pm and still cleaning rooms, barely able to get a room. No amenities in room and very disorganized at front desk
